All purchases from Medicus Caps are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Our Made-to-Order Products

Our scrub caps are individually crafted to order, with time and expertise dedicated to each piece. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we operate a final sale policy. Returns and replacements are only accepted in the following specific circumstances:

Shipping Errors: If you receive a different size than ordered (for example, receiving an XL when you ordered a S/M), or if you receive the wrong product (such as receiving a floral print when you ordered polka dots), we will provide a replacement or refund.

Product Issues: We will accept returns if the item arrives damaged or if it is faulty in manufacture. We will also accept returns if the product significantly differs from its description on our website.

Licensed Products and Intellectual Property

Our licensed fabric products are manufactured using materials that third-party manufacturers have been authorised to produce under license from the original rights holders. Unless they say they are designed by us. When you purchase a scrub cap made with licensed fabric from us, you are buying a handcrafted medical garment made with licensed fabric, not merchandise directly from the license holder.

We maintain strict compliance with intellectual property rights and cannot produce custom embroidery or printed fabric featuring any licensed or trademarked images without explicit written permission from the copyright holder.

This includes, but is not limited to, characters like Mickey Mouse or other trademarked designs. This policy protects intellectual property rights and maintains the integrity of our business relationships.

Return & Exchange Process

For sample packs:

• Full refund available upon return
• Free return shipping within the UK
• Return after trying for size

For all other products:

• Returns accepted only for shipping errors (wrong size/product shipped), damage, or manufacturing faults
• We will cover return shipping costs for eligible returns
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return
• Claims must be made within reasonable time of delivery
