How to Get the Perfect Fit
Because we custom-make each scrub cap to your specifications using limited-run fabrics and/or embroidery, we cannot offer refunds once an order is placed and made for you. To avoid any disappointment, we strongly recommend ordering a refundable sample pack for the style and size you believe will fit you best.
- If the size in the sample pack works, simply return your sample for a refund and place your custom order in that size.
- If it doesn’t fit, you can easily size up or down as needed.

Sizing Estimates
If you can’t order a sample box, you may use the estimated ranges below. Keep in mind that head shape and hair volume vary from person to person, so these measurements won’t be 100% accurate for everyone. If you’re at the lower or higher end of a range, we recommend sizing up—especially for our Captain style, which sits snugly around the crown of your head.

Accurate measurements are essential to finding your perfect scrub cap size. Key considerations include:
- Head circumference
- Hair length and volume
- Personal preference (snug fit vs. more room)
We manufacture 5 styles of scrub caps, each with different sizing parameters. Although this guide provides an overview of each style, we still recommend purchasing a refundable sample box for the most accurate fit.
We generally offer sizes XS to 2XL for many of our styles.

Our Scrub Cap Styles
1. Bandana
- Features ties at the back.
- Covers the ears and is ideal for short hair.

- Features ties and elastic at the back.
- Sits above the ears and offers a snug fit—great for loop wearers.
- Limited embroidery area; contact us with any questions about embroidery.

- Features elastic at the back instead of ties.
- Ideal for medium to long hair; can tuck hair inside if needed.

- Extra fabric at the back for longer/bulkier hair.
- Can be made with or without ties.
- Popular for longer hair, ponytails, afro hair, and dreadlocks.

- Available in one standard size.
