How to Participate in the End of Life Program
To take part in the End of Life program, simply follow these steps:
- Check the "End of Life" box when you place your order.
- Include your order number when you return your scrub cap.
- Send your cap back using the provided return packaging.
Please note: If you return a cap without selecting the End of Life service, we will process it through normal recycling channels.
Program Costs and Shipping Details
- Cost per cap: £1, which covers the program’s running costs.
- Free for UK customers: We plan to offer this service free to UK customers by late 2023.
- Shipping: The £1 fee doesn’t cover return shipping costs.
- Potential pricing adjustments: If demand increases, we will adjust the pricing accordingly.
