Our scrub caps are made from 100% premium cotton that's breathable, comfortable for long shifts, and tested to withstand industrial washing at 180°C. No need for a sweatband!
Can I get custom embroidery on my cap?
Yes! We offer custom embroidery including names, job titles, and logos. Simply select the embroidery option when ordering. It works better for block logos and otherwise we have Vinyl transfers.
How do I wash my scrub cap?
We recommend following NHS workwear guidance or your workplace policy. We have people using these caps from Kitchen to Labs so have tested them though it all, even autoclaves.

Most of our products are made to order and so because we are making it to your specifications only sample boxes can be returned for a full refund.
We don’t want waste from customers buying expensive fabric, having it cut and sewn to their specs and then it not fit. Please pay a deposit for a sample box in as many sizes and styles and you want to try and then get the perfect fit and then you are go to go for life!
