What can I have embroidered on my scrub cap?
You can add your name, job title, department, credentials, or short text. We offer multiple thread colours and font styles. For logos, we recommend vinyl transfers for complex designs or embroidery for simple block logos.
How many characters can I have embroidered?
We recommend up to 15 characters per line for the best appearance. Longer text may need a smaller font size. If you need more text, we can split it across two or three lines or discuss alternative placements.
What's the difference between embroidery and vinyl transfers?
Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric—ideal for names and simple logos with a premium raised texture. Vinyl transfers are heat-pressed—better for detailed logos, gradients, or photographic images. Both withstand industrial washing.
Will the embroidery fade or come off in the wash?
No. We use commercial-grade embroidery thread that's colour-fast and designed for medical environments. The stitching is secured to withstand industrial washing and won't unravel or fade.
Can you embroider my hospital/clinic logo?
Yes. Block logos work best for embroidery. For complex logos with fine detail, we recommend vinyl transfers instead. Send your logo and our team will advise the best approach. How long will my scrub cap order take?
Most personalised orders are made and dispatched within 1-5 working days depending on the complexity and time of year you order as we do get busy. Custom printed fabric caps take 5-7 working days.
