How long will my scrub cap order take?
Most personalised orders are made and dispatched within 1-5 working days depending on the complexity and time of year you order as we do get busy. Custom printed fabric caps take 5-7 working days. Standard UK delivery is 2-3 days after dispatch. We'll email tracking information when your order ships.
What's the difference between embroidery and vinyl transfers?
Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric—ideal for names and simple logos with a premium raised texture. Vinyl transfers are heat-pressed—better for detailed logos, gradients, or photographic images. Both withstand industrial washing.

Our caps are made from 100% premium cotton (football-club caps are poly-cotton): breathable, comfortable during long shifts, and naturally absorbent, so there's no need for a separate sweatband. The fabric is tested for durability and comfort in clinical environments. We're also piloting hemp in some NHS trusts.
