Each cap is machine washable at 60°C in line with NHS uniform guidance, so it goes in with the rest of your caps and comes back out next October.

They are pre-orders, shipping from early October 2026 and by the second week of October at the latest.

Horror and classic Halloween prints

If puns aren't enough, the rest of the collection goes further: horror film prints, blood splatter, witches, scary clowns and trick-or-treat designs. Stock of these fabrics is limited, so popular prints sell out before the end of October.

Make It Yours

Add your name and role in embroidery so the team still knows who is under the pumpkin. A satin lining is kinder to hair through a long list, and an ID band adds a bold contrast strip for role identification without hiding the print. Both work with every Halloween design.

Halloween Scrub Cap Questions

Can I wear a Halloween scrub cap in theatre?

That depends on your trust or practice uniform policy, so check locally first. Our Halloween caps are the same 100% cotton, 60°C washable caps as the rest of the range. The pun prints are gentle enough for most patient-facing areas. The gorier horror prints suit adult theatre lists, staff areas and vet practices better than paediatrics.

When should I order for Halloween?

For UK delivery before Halloween, order by 29 October and choose Tracked 24 at checkout. For international orders, order by 22 October. Delivery is often quicker than that, so a later order may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.

When will a pre-order Halloween cap ship?

Pre-order prints ship from early October 2026, and by the second week of October at the latest. If you order other caps at the same time, the whole order ships together when the new print is ready, unless you tick the box on the product page to have it sent separately.

Do the Halloween prints come in men's, women's and long hair fits?
