If you want it to last then embroidery is your best option for high temperature washing and everyday high use. The colour of the cap will fade before the fabric breaks and currently we have caps in use 7+ Years later.

Vinyl offers you a low cost way to get incredible detail on a Vinyl transfer. These still hold up for 100+ washes and are a great option for complex designs that embroidery couldn't handle.

Satin lining has a number of benefits for your hair but we also find it a popular add on with Dentists or those working with areosols as it's polyester and so provides a waterproof barrier with the cotton abosrbing it before it gets to your hair or head.

Our Mullet design is for business on the front with usually a plain or patterned band and then a separate back panel colour for a "Party on the back" vibe.
This also makes it more affordable for custom printed designs as well since it uses less fabric.

These are smart NFC buttons that keep your mask off your ears but also you can program them yourself to trigger actions on your phone liek your favourite music or your website or charity donation link.
