Great for hair tied up in a bun or if you prefer no ties. Full coverage over ears. Choose a smaller size for a more fitted look with shorter hair.
Bouffant Scrub CapsLong Hair
Only available in plain colours or custom prints due to excess fabric. Ideal for very long hair, dreadlocks, or large afro styles.
Captain Scrub CapsLoop-Friendly
Perfect if you need your ears free for loops or work where complete hair coverage isn't required. Sits above the ears.
Bandana Scrub CapsPopular
The classic bandana that covers ears and ties at the back. Our ties are built-in so no worry of them being pulled off.

Available in plain fabrics only. Made to order so no one is left out. Full coverage designed for specific needs.

We make your scrub cap to order with your specifications using limited runs of printed fabric or embroidery. This means we can't offer refunds on custom orders. We strongly advise ordering a sample pack first to find your perfect size—return it for a refund if it fits, or choose the size above or below if not.
Estimating Your Size
Ideally measure your head to avoid disappointment. We've labelled sizes like Small/Medium but this is more in reference to the other styles. Sizing comes down to your head size and how you like to wear it—some prefer tighter, others opt for comfort fit.

Name and role embroidery is our most common request, but we can do any text or digitise vector images.
📍 Placement Options
- We charge per placement: Front, Left, Right, or Back of cap
- Text and logo on the same side counts as one placement (logo cost)
- Most space is at the sides; back has the smallest area
✏️ Text Considerations
- Colour contrast: Stand-out colours like white on black
- Colour blending: Subtle colours like grey on black
- Line breaks: Use // to indicate where to break lines
🖼️ Logo Considerations
- We can't embroider photo images unless pre-digitised
- We can't do copyrighted images without permission
- We recommend vector images from freepik.com (we have a commercial license)
