Orders are placed against a purchase order or paid in advance, depending on the size and scope of the order. We confirm which applies when we quote.

Yes. Medicus Caps supplies NHS trusts, private hospitals, and dental, veterinary and laboratory teams across the UK. Bulk orders can include matching embroidery on every cap, department colours and individual names. Bulk pricing steps up at 10, 100, 250 and 500+ caps and is quoted on enquiry, and reorders are at the same rates. Please contact us for a quote.
What can I get on a bulk order that I can't order online?
Tie Back and Pouch fits, custom sizes and modifications on orders of 50+, and 90+ plain colours (30+ are available online). RFID tags for laundry tracking and end-of-life recycling are also available.
Can we try caps before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Order a Sample Box to test fit, comfort and fabric across different staff and head sizes. It's a refundable deposit: return the samples and your deposit comes back.
How long do bulk orders take?
Small runs can be made in a few days. Roll-outs to thousands of caps take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the level of customisation. For a timeline on your order, contact us.
Can NHS trusts pay by purchase order or claim VAT relief?
VAT relief applies to caps bought with an NHS trust's charitable funds, or by a charity for medical use, typically a hospital's charitable arm buying for that hospital. We need an eligibility declaration before we supply; NHS budgets don't qualify.
