All prices on our store include any tax we're required to collect for your destination — what you see at checkout is what you pay us. Whether your country charges anything extra on delivery depends on where you are. Find your destination below.
United Kingdom & Isle of Man
Prices include 20% UK VAT. No customs charges, no fees on delivery.
European Union
VAT: Included in your price at your country's own rate and declared under the EU's IOSS scheme — you will never be asked for VAT on delivery.
Customs fee: From 1 July 2026 the EU applies a flat €3 customs fee per product type on parcels arriving from outside the EU. How it's handled depends on your country:
Customs prepaid — nothing to pay on delivery
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden: any customs fee is calculated at checkout (shown as a "Duties" line) and we pay it to customs for you. Your parcel arrives with nothing to pay.
Small customs fee on delivery
Poland, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Czechia, Lithuania, Monaco: we can't yet prepay customs to these countries, so nothing extra is charged at checkout. Your postal service will collect the €3 per product type plus a small handling fee (typically €2–6) when your parcel arrives. Example: an order of scrub caps (any quantity) is one product type — €3 plus handling. Caps plus a wash bag are two product types — €6 plus handling. Some countries add their own small processing fees (Romania ~25 RON per shipment).

United States
Sales tax and US import duties are collected at checkout where they apply — we handle US customs for you. Nothing to pay on delivery.
Australia
No tax or customs charges on delivery for orders under AUD 1,000 (which covers virtually all our orders).
New Zealand
No tax or customs charges on delivery for orders under NZD 1,000.
Canada
Canada charges GST/HST (5–15% depending on province) plus a postal handling fee (around CAD 9.95) on most parcels arriving from overseas. Canada Post collects this on delivery — we're unable to prepay it.
Switzerland
Orders under roughly CHF 62 in value clear customs free of charge. Above that, Swiss VAT (8.1%) plus a Swiss Post handling fee may be collected on delivery.
Singapore
No tax or customs charges on delivery for orders under SGD 400.
Israel
Orders under roughly USD 75 are exempt. Above that, Israeli VAT (18%) and a handling fee may be collected on delivery.
Everywhere else
Your country may charge import VAT, duties, or a carrier handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs authority, we're unable to collect or estimate them at checkout, and they are the recipient's responsibility.
