Most orders dispatch the same or next working day. More customisation takes longer, and caps in custom printed fabric take about a week because we print the fabric when you order. Vinyl transfers on their own ship the same day, and vinyl on caps typically ships within 24 to 48 hours. Rush orders are available for a fee, so get in touch before you order if you're working to a date.
Delivery
UK delivery starts with Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £3.99, with Tracked 24, priority and next-day options at checkout. We ship worldwide with tracked and courier options. Delivery times are the carrier's, on top of the time it takes us to make your cap.
Teams, departments and NHS trusts
Small NHS runs can be made in a few days. Roll-outs to thousands of caps take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the level of customisation. We'll confirm your timeline when you order.
