Every cap is made to order in Sheffield by the Medicus Caps team, in 100% cotton. Machine wash at 60°C where NHS workwear policy applies; in vet, dental and other non-surgical settings a normal wash is fine. Many of our customers wear theirs for years, and each cap carries a sewn-in QR code linking to its own Medicus cap passport.
