Making Your Scrub Cap
Generally if you order a plain cap with no personalisation it should be made the next business day after you order (Depending when you order) If there is other factors that will add more time:
- Customisation With Embroidery
- Fabric Out Of Stock
- Unforeseen Circumstances like staff absence
We like to make caps to order so we can get the most out of the fabric and massively reduce waste and time. After it's been made then it's sent via the shipping option you chose.
We take great care making Scrub Caps to order. We aim to get them out as efficiently as possible but our high standards come first. We do items in the order they where placed except if you choose to ship via UPS or choosing priority dispatch to jump the queue.
The times given for shipping is from when it dispatches. The time items take to make varies depending on customisation and when you order, after 4pm will be made the next day for example.

Royal Mail Tracked 48** (2-4 working day estimate)
Royal Mail Tracked 24** (1-2 working day estimate)
Priority Dispatch, Order By 1pm = Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working day estimate) (Made and dispatched the same day)
UPS* = Standard UPS Delivery (Next working day aim)
*Only services that have a delivery guarantee you are able to claim money back if it is in the courier companies control.

Shipping Options International
Standard + Express International = Royal Mail until it arrives in your country to be handled by your local national post. USPS for example in the USA. The difference between standard and express is just to give a more realistic window for delivery. There are other varying factors like customs issues.
UPS = This is the standard services for delivering to your country. If your countries local postal service isn't great and you want your parcel in a more timely manner then choose this over Royal Mail to get it on time.
Royal Mail Strikes + Service Delays
Currently NO Royal Mail service is guaranteed and all timings are estimates only. Only our UPS Courier has guaranteed delivery dates.

For the fastest and most secure option we recommend UPS at checkout especially for international postage as this has faster tracking and is handled by one courier from collection to delivery. Royal Mail internationally using local national couriers (USPS in the USA for example) It's also harder for us to be able to check items on your behalf.
