Can you embroider my hospital/clinic logo?
Yes, with no minimum order. Block logos work best for embroidery. For complex logos with fine detail, we recommend vinyl transfers instead. Send your logo and our team will advise the best approach. Applies to: Custom Embroidery, Vinyl Transfer, Bulk Orders
Can I order scrub caps in bulk for my department?
Yes. We supply NHS trusts, hospitals and healthcare organisations, with bulk pricing at 10, 100, 250 and 500+ caps, quoted on enquiry. Bulk orders can include consistent branding, department colours and individual name embroidery. Contact us for a quote, whether it's one team or a whole trust.
How long will my scrub cap order take?
Every Medicus cap is made to order in our Sheffield workshop, and most orders are dispatched the same or next working day. More customisation takes a little longer, and custom printed fabric takes about a week. Need it sooner? Rush orders are available for a fee. Delivery time is added after dispatch, and your shipping options and estimate show at checkout. We'll email tracking when your order ships.
What's the difference between embroidery and vinyl transfers?
Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric, ideal for names and simple logos with a premium raised texture. Vinyl transfers are heat-pressed, better for detailed logos, gradients or photographic images.
What material are your scrub caps made from?
Our caps are made from 100% premium cotton (football-club caps are poly-cotton): breathable, comfortable during long shifts, and naturally absorbent, so there's no need for a separate sweatband. The fabric is tested for durability and comfort in clinical environments. We're also piloting hemp in some NHS trusts.
